Hired to run a $350,000 tenant improvement for our client Thomas-Fox Properties to build the Newport Sports Club Annex.  Responsible for overseeing the entire build out of a 7,600 square foot space and completed this project on time and within budget.

Brought in to run $2+ million medical office building in Saratoga Springs, UT.  Project consisted of medical office suites, physical therapy suite, office suites, and a church suite.  Worked closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and city officials to complete project to specs and to client’s expectations.  Worked with selected team of construction professionals to spearhead business development within the company.  Generated leads for potential clients, consulted with clients, develop key relationships and networking opportunities with other industry professionals, business owners, real estate developers, investors, and bureaucratic agencies.

Chosen to oversee the completion of various construction projects in the greater Los Angeles area.  Current project is a $6.5 Million swimming pool facility for the Brentwood School.  Other projects include rehab on a podium parking deck, which consisted of removing all asphalt and concrete and reapplying a new state of the art waterproofing system.  A new lightweight concrete topping slab was added for greater longevity and aesthetics.  Maintains strategic relationships with city/county building officials that help expedite project approval processes.

§         Prevented lengthy project slow downs by working with project architects, engineers, owners, project consultants, and government bureaucracies in regards to various issues brought up with building a swimming pool on 3 different jurisdictional land masses.

§         Ensure safety of all workers on site by adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

§         Confirm that subcontractor contracts are adhered to and executed to the satisfaction of owner specifications.
